My site has been feature in yet another article. This one comes from Tutorial Blog, a site that creates tutorials regarding good design supplemented with examples of such. You may recall earlier this week my CSS nav was featured on Smashing Magazine. Well, Tutorial Blog has featured my footer in an article/tutorial about how the footer has evolved past a simple copyright line.

If it wasn’t for Google Analytics and Technorati, I wouldn’t have had any idea that my site was featured on any of these sites at all. If you’ve got a blog and are looking to boost traffic and track stats (all for free), than you may want to keep reading.

I use Google Analytics and Technorati to keep track of my blog stats and find out where my traffic is coming from. If you have a blog and haven’t yet signed up for these services, I would highly recommend them. Google Analytics is an amazing tool. It’s completely free and extremely in-depth. Technorati is a great way to help boost traffic to your site. If you are using WordPress you may notice “Incoming Links” in the right column on your admin Dashboard. These links are tracked via Technorati.
